Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive market analysis to remain informed about prevailing real estate trends and property valuations.
  • Participate in open houses, property showings, and inspections to assist clients and collect feedback.
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually advantageous agreements.
  • Compile and deliver detailed property reports to clients, encompassing market insights and property assessments.
  • Collaborate with legal professionals, inspectors, and financial institutions to ensure seamless transaction processes.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a comparable position.
  • Possession of a valid real estate license in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • In-depth understanding of the local real estate market and property regulations.
