- Perform office management and administrative support, including file management, document workflow, milestone schedules, and reports.
- Meet with prospective homebuyers, establish rapport, and conduct consultative meetings.
- Exceed or consistently meet established quotas for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to office operating procedures that support compliance in modern residential real estate.
- Coordinate and collaborate with multiple parties involved in residential real estate transactions.
- Prospect and follow up with leads, and possess the ability to set consultative meetings.
- Utilize respective technology and systems to effectively conduct business in marketing, lead management, and transaction management.
**Requirements:**

- Prior new home sales or customer service experience and strong communication skills.
