Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Laboratory Specialist to join our team at MTSS. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to ensure accurate and timely results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform laboratory tests and procedures to ensure accurate and timely results
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory tests and results
  • Follow established laboratory protocols and procedures to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Collaborate with other laboratory team members to ensure smooth laboratory operations
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest laboratory techniques and technologies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field
  • 1 year of clinical laboratory experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced laboratory environment
