- Sample Preparation: Preparing peripheral blood smears and processing samples for comprehensive testing.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of laboratory instruments and supplies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Upholding all laboratory procedures and regulatory standards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Confidentiality: Safeguarding patient information with the utmost discretion.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT).
- ASCP certification.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Hematology, Core Laboratory, and Phlebotomy.
- Proficiency in maintaining laboratory equipment and performing data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
