  • Laboratory Testing: Engaging in a range of laboratory examinations, including Chemistry, Hematology, and Urinalysis.
  • Sample Preparation: Preparing peripheral blood smears and processing samples for comprehensive testing.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of laboratory instruments and supplies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Upholding all laboratory procedures and regulatory standards to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Confidentiality: Safeguarding patient information with the utmost discretion.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT).
  • ASCP certification.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Hematology, Core Laboratory, and Phlebotomy.
  • Proficiency in maintaining laboratory equipment and performing data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
