We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Admissions Director to join our team at Greentree Nursing & Rehab in Pittsburgh, PA. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute short and long-term marketing plans to penetrate the targeted market and generate patient referrals.
  • Respond promptly to all patient referrals and provide facility tours as requested.
  • Foster a positive community image of the nursing center through public relations and community outreach.
  • Collaborate with the center's interdisciplinary team and network referral entities to coordinate a seamless admissions process.
  • Nurture relationships with physicians, social workers, and discharge planners to maximize referrals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Minimum of 2 years of college education in healthcare administration, business management, or marketing/public relations.
