Job Overview

Intiva Health is seeking a Graphic Designer to enhance our creative team. The Graphic Designer will utilize artistic and design expertise to create visually compelling products for our clients. These products may encompass logos, marketing materials, branding assets, and various digital and print collateral.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on best practices and optimizations throughout design initiatives.
  • Identify creative needs and establish design specifications.
  • Plan, oversee, and deliver multiple projects while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Visualize concepts based on project requirements (both physical and digital).
  • Utilize a variety of media and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe CC, Figma, Wix, WordPress, ActiveCampaign).
  • Draft initial designs and present concepts.
  • Advance brand visuals and incorporate the latest design trends.
  • Select appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
  • Collaborate with leadership to finalize designs.
  • Test graphics across different media formats.
  • Revise designs based on feedback.
  • Ensure that final graphics and layouts are aesthetically pleasing and consistent with brand identity.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in graphic design.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects.
  • Proficiency in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, and XD).
  • A sharp eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work systematically and meet deadlines.
  • A degree in design, fine arts, or a related discipline.
  • Self-motivated and organized.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.
  • Experience in photography and videography is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in graphic design.
  • Ability to understand and execute client vision – Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to grasp the assignment, target audience, and intended message. Create original visual designs that effectively communicate the desired intentions in a cohesive and appealing manner. Consult with team members as necessary and adjust projects based on feedback. Coordinate all production requirements and provide final approval notifications.
  • Design and detail – Select graphics, clip art, and photography as required. Choose fonts for written content and create layout samples for client approval.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • At least three years of relevant work experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and design software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
