The successful candidate will work closely with Sales Representatives and Architectural Planners to ensure that the visual outputs meet client expectations and project goals. The visualizer will craft engaging environments through thoughtful product selection, customization, and surface design, aligning with KOMPAN's core principles of play: Wow, Stay, Develop.

This position involves collaboration with various departments, including Pre Sales, Project Sales Coordination, and Project Management, as well as field colleagues to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transform AutoCAD designs into detailed 3D scenes using 3ds Max.
  • Utilize equipment selection and surface design to create compelling narratives and experiences.
  • Accurately depict topographical features in 3D models.
  • Employ Forestpack and Railclone for realistic environmental elements.
  • Render scenes using Vray to produce visually striking compositions.
  • Illustrate product designs digitally using Photoshop and a drawing tablet.
  • Develop engaging Fly-through animations to showcase products and spaces.
  • Create immersive Virtual panoramic tours for an interactive viewer experience.
  • Enhance renders through multi-pass compositing in Photoshop and After Effects.
  • Coordinate with a team of designers to manage project responsibilities.
  • Ensure inclusivity in designs by considering accessibility features.
  • Prepare visually appealing presentations that effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Occasionally present design ideas to clients or stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in 3ds Max and Vray, or proficiency in similar 3D software.
  • Strong skills in character, vehicle, and prop design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Animation, Game Design, Architectural Design, or a related field.
  • Experience in architectural visualization, product design, and 3D modeling.
  • Ability to navigate complex project pipelines across multiple software platforms.
  • Experience interpreting site plans and ensuring design accuracy.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
