This role involves collaborating closely with the Director of Communications & Marketing to create innovative and captivating materials that effectively promote the firm's services.

As a prominent national law firm focused on government collections, we assist public entities, including state agencies, municipalities, and educational institutions, in recovering overdue taxes, fees, and fines essential for maintaining public infrastructure.

This position requires onsite presence at the firm's headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate intricate subjects into engaging visuals that accurately represent the firm's offerings and resonate with our governmental clientele.
  • Design and produce marketing materials for both digital and print formats, including advertisements, event invitations, brochures, proposals, presentations, social media content, and other promotional items.
  • Exhibit proficiency in adapting Adobe designs into Word or PowerPoint formats.
  • Ensure uniformity of branding across all produced materials.
  • Understand and comply with the advertising regulations set forth by the State Bar of Texas, ensuring all creative outputs meet these standards.
  • Maintain an organized repository of all creative assets, including logos, icons, and photographs, along with finalized products, particularly those approved by the State Bar.
  • Support other departments with graphic and logo requests as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of design experience, or equivalent, ideally within a professional services or design environment.
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency in design tools.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong familiarity with PC systems.
  • Knowledge of commercial printing processes and service providers.
  • Experience in preparing documents for both print and digital formats.
  • Basic understanding of web technologies, including HTML and CSS, with the ability to troubleshoot across various platforms.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to produce work efficiently with minimal errors.

Minimum Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related discipline is required; an advanced degree is advantageous.
