Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on best practices and enhancements throughout design initiatives.
  • Identify creative requirements and establish design specifications.
  • Plan, oversee, and deliver multiple projects while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Visualize concepts based on project needs (both physical and digital).
  • Utilize a variety of media and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe CC, Figma, Wix, WordPress, ActiveCampaign).
  • Create initial drafts and present design ideas.
  • Advance brand visuals and incorporate contemporary design trends.
  • Select appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
  • Collaborate with leadership to finalize designs.
  • Test graphics across different media platforms.
  • Revise designs based on feedback.
  • Ensure all graphics and layouts are visually appealing and consistent with brand identity.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in graphic design.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects.
  • Proficiency in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, and XD).
  • A sharp eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work systematically and meet deadlines.
  • A degree in design, fine arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.
  • Experience in photography and videography is advantageous.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in graphic design.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to grasp project objectives, audience, and messaging. Create original visual designs that effectively communicate intended messages. Revise projects as necessary based on feedback and coordinate production requirements.
  • Design and select graphics, clip art, and photography as needed. Choose fonts for written content and prepare layout samples for client approval.

Educational Background:

  • A bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
  • At least three years of relevant work experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and design software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
