Position Overview:
We are in search of a full-time Audio Visual Solutions Sales Lead. This role is pivotal in driving the sales of audio-visual equipment and services within designated venues, aiming to maximize AV business opportunities and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Audio Visual Solutions Sales Lead, your daily tasks will encompass the following:
1. **Sales Management:** Take charge of sales initiatives at the assigned venue; generate quotes, engage with clients, and strive to meet revenue targets.
2. **Client Consultation:** Collaborate directly with clients to assess their event requirements and align them with appropriate AV services and products.
3. **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with hotel sales personnel and other stakeholders to reach out to potential clients and secure AV business.
4. **Client Engagement:** Participate in both on-site and off-site meetings with prospective clients, as well as pre-event and post-event discussions.
5. **Negotiation:** Engage in negotiations with clients to finalize AV business agreements and ensure alignment with their vision.
6. **Billing Review:** Oversee final billing processes with clients and secure approval for all AV-related charges.
7. **Client Satisfaction:** Negotiate billing adjustments as necessary to guarantee complete client satisfaction.
8. **Follow-Up:** Conduct follow-up communications with clients through thank-you notes and post-event feedback evaluations.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A strong background in customer service, sales, and hospitality.
- Proven ability to cultivate positive client relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with audio-visual equipment capabilities, setup, and operations.
