Role Overview:

As an Audio Visual Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless AV operations and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Bring 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Engage effectively with executive-level personnel; maintain composure in a dynamic environment.
  • Manage, maintain, and enhance video conferencing systems, including testing and infrastructure oversight.
  • Utilize ServiceNow for incident tracking, service requests, and change management.
  • Demonstrate a foundational understanding of networking and associated protocols.
  • Exhibit proficiency with video infrastructure and endpoint devices such as Cisco CUCM, Cisco TMS, and various video conferencing solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents related to video conferencing and event services, including hardware and software challenges.
  • Process service requests within the Video and Event Services domain.
  • Familiarity with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco WebEx platforms.
  • Coordinate the scheduling, setup, and disconnection of video conferences for various meetings.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure optimal uptime for video conferencing and event services.
  • Conduct audits of AV equipment, particularly in executive spaces.
  • Follow established processes and ensure compliance within the team.
  • Possess advanced technical skills in setting up and troubleshooting audio-visual equipment, including cameras, microphones, and projectors.
  • Exhibit self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Demonstrate strong time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats with various stakeholders.
  • Understand and troubleshoot various audio-visual technologies and equipment.
  • Prepare documentation such as Run of Show, attendance reports, and readiness checklists for AV production.
  • Work closely with operations and support teams to enhance processes and improve user experiences.

Experience Required: 4-6 years
