About the Role:

As a vital member of the Facilities Management team, you will oversee a range of advanced operational tasks within regulated environments. This role is essential in supporting Property Managers with maintenance and investment strategies for various assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage painting and patching initiatives.
  • Conduct significant repairs on architectural elements, cabinetry, doors, and windows.
  • Supervise the installation of shelving, tank holders, paper towel dispensers, coat hooks, and other essential fixtures.
  • Act as the primary contact for front-line clients addressing various requests.
  • Coordinate with maintenance personnel on both corrective and preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Utilize general knowledge of standard principles and procedures to effectively complete assigned tasks and resolve routine issues.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of your job discipline while possessing some knowledge of related disciplines.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with 2-5 years of relevant experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
  • Familiarity with existing procedures and standards to address moderately complex challenges.
  • Ability to analyze potential solutions using technical expertise and sound judgment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills coupled with a curious mindset.
  • Advanced mathematical skills, capable of performing complex calculations such as percentages and financial figures.
