Job DetailsWe are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service, scheduling, and dispatch management.
Primary Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring 100% satisfaction and addressing inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Manage scheduling and dispatch operations, including creating and managing work orders, coordinating with technicians, and utilizing software systems for efficient workflow.
- Support billing procedures, ensuring customers are properly informed of rates and terms, managing completed work orders, and facilitating timely billing processes.
- Offer administrative support, verifying labor hours, managing miscellaneous tasks, and supporting managerial functions such as technician training and customer relationship management.
- At least 1 year experience as a Dispatcher for an HVAC company.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong customer service, scheduling, and dispatch skills.
- Experience with billing procedures and administrative support.
- $20-$25 per hour salary range.
