Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dispatcher to manage customer service, scheduling, and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service, scheduling, and dispatch management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring complete satisfaction and addressing inquiries promptly and courteously.
  2. Oversee scheduling and dispatch operations, including creating and managing work orders, coordinating with technicians, and utilizing software systems for efficient workflow.
  3. Support billing procedures, ensuring customers are informed of rates and terms, managing completed work orders, and facilitating timely billing processes.
  4. Provide administrative assistance, verifying labor hours, managing miscellaneous tasks, and supporting managerial functions such as technician training and customer relationship management.
Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Dispatcher for an HVAC company.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong customer service, scheduling, and dispatch skills.
  • Experience with billing procedures and administrative support.
Compensation and Benefits
