We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Axelon Services Corporation. This is a 2+ month contract position located onsite in Framingham, MA.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and be able to provide support in a fast-paced office environment.

About the Role:

This role will involve providing administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and entering data into our case management system.

You will also be responsible for scanning, shredding, and faxing documents as needed, as well as performing other administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in a busy trial office. Your duties will include answering phones, entering data, opening and closing cases in our case management system, scanning, shredding, faxing, and photocopying.

You will also be the first point of contact for visitors and must be able to provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
