ABOUT GROCERY & BEVERAGE
The Grocery & Beverage team ensures a consistent experience for our guests by maintaining product freshness, stock availability, and accurate pricing on the sales floor. They are proficient in operations, processes, and efficiency.

This team oversees food and beverage services, including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing, and promotional signage across all related areas of the store.

As a Grocery & Beverage Specialist, you will gain:

  • Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience in fostering a guest-first culture in Grocery & Beverage.
  • Ability to advise guests on optimal purchasing times and quantities, along with storage recommendations.
  • Experience in grocery business fundamentals: department sales trends, inventory management, quality control, and pricing strategies.
  • Insight into food seasonality, freshness standards, food safety protocols, and merchandising practices.

Typical Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring a fresh and fully stocked shopping environment during all operational hours, prioritizing guest needs.
  • Maintaining the execution of Grocery & Beverage Standards.
  • Understanding how operational procedures impact inventory and profitability.
  • Executing Grocery & Beverage processes, including replenishment, stocking, data accuracy, and cleaning.
  • Proactively managing inventory based on seasonality and demand.
  • Following all food safety requirements as outlined through best practices.
  • Engaging with guests in a genuine manner, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.
  • Executing all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to food and beverage.
  • Working safely and adhering to all safety policies and best practices.

  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
