About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Food and Beverage team as a Food and Beverage Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and full shopping experience during all hours of operations, prioritizing the guest's needs over tasks.
  • Food and Beverage Standards: Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food and Beverage Standards to ensure a consistent experience for our guests.
  • Inventory Management: Execute Food and Beverage processes including FDC/RDC replenishment, pulls, stocking, zoning, in-stocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, Item Removal, signing, and backstock.
  • Product Knowledge: Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales, and be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and provide a seamless shopping experience for our guests.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and be able to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Experience: Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
  • Attitude: Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members.
  • Skills: Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs, work both independently and with a team, resolve guest questions quickly on the spot, and attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to climb up and down ladders, scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds, and handle and move merchandise in coolers and freezers up to 40 pounds.
