Responsibilities:

- Identify areas for improvement, including enhancements to the acquisition process. Offer actionable, feasible recommendations and execute tasks to mitigate risks where appropriate. These recommendations may encompass technical, organizational, or programmatic changes as necessary. Aid in establishing and maintaining a Government risk program, including risk identification, process definition, and detailed technical risk mitigation plans as required.
- Maintain awareness of the current program schedule, monitor acquisition implementation, report requirement shortfalls, and deliver program assessments based on identified risks. Integrate and correlate program execution data with program baselines to accurately maintain and update acquisition reports.
- Advise the Government program manager on technical engagements, including but not limited to technical interchange meetings, design reviews, program conferences, video teleconferences, telecons, working groups, and informational meetings. Maintain a broad awareness of all programs and technology development efforts in execution across the applicable portfolio. Support integrated product teams and working groups, establishing interfaces between customers and contractors.
