Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Custom and OEM Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Discovery & Medical Business Unit, you will be responsible for growing sales for our custom lab filtration product portfolios in your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong business relationships with customers by providing Cytiva Custom and OEM workflow solutions and becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Attain or exceed business objectives related to the Discovery product portfolio by developing new markets, understanding assigned territory and accounts, targeting market segments, and introducing new products and unique workflow solutions.
  • Build business strategies in assigned territory and partner with fellow Cytiva colleagues to achieve revenue growth targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in the Life Sciences field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of successful commercial experience in sales, marketing, technical support, and field applications support within biotechnology/pharmaceutical industries in Life Sciences research or a combination of experience post-bachelor working experience in a Biotech, Pharma, or Academic lab.
  • Willingness to travel 50% of time within assigned geographic territory.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Cytiva offers a comprehensive package of benefits, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees. This role is eligible for a remote work arrangement and a salary range of $105,000-$120,000. Bonus/incentive pay is also available.
