**Job Summary**

Friendly Franchisees Corp. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Property Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Regional Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations, staff, financial budgeting and reporting, marketing, and leasing efforts for all apartment communities assigned to your portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage 600 units across multiple properties
  • Responsible for the overall profitability and financial direction, coordination, and evaluation of the communities under your supervision
  • Set performance goals and hold the team accountable for meeting expectations
  • Train team members on company policies and procedures, leasing responsibilities, property software, etc.
  • Maintain a professional working relationship with third parties to include ownership, vendors, inspectors, etc.
  • Promote a collaborative and supportive atmosphere amongst personnel at the communities
  • Implementation of marketing programs to prelease apartments in order to reduce vacancies
  • Daily inspection of apartment community for maintenance and safety

**Requirements:**

  • Multi-family housing experience required
  • Minimum of 2 years of property management experience and RealPage REQUIRED
  • Proven leadership experience, meeting and/or exceeding performance goals
  • Property management software experience preferred (Yardi, etc.)
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills in all facets of property management
  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Willingness to relocate within the Southwest US is a plus
