We're seeking a seasoned Regional Systems Integration Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Systems Integration Team, you will be responsible for implementing Advanced Technology initiatives in Amazon Fulfillment centers.

Your primary focus will be on supporting WW Engineering Advanced Technologies in the deployment and development of Robotics, Packaging Automation, Autonomous Vehicles, and new Mechatronic systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results at Amazon speed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Guiding cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results
  • Studying and diagnosing Amazon fulfillment operational processes
  • Planning and designing systems to improve integration of people, materials, equipment, software, and finance
  • Leveraging and integrating advanced technology into process design
  • Recommending and implementing changes to product design, safety procedures, work methods, and labor standards
  • Project and Change management from conception to completion
  • Setting clear goals and guiding a team to achieve those goals

Basic Qualifications:

  • Advanced technical degree with focus on Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Management Science, Economics, and related areas
  • Expert knowledge of tools including Statistical Hypothesis testing, Optimization heuristics, DMAIC, Six Sigma, Simulation, Queueing Analysis
  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • Experience developing and deploying large capital projects at global scale
  • Microsoft Office products, AutoCAD, and statistical tools
  • Experience with change management and influencing, negotiating and communicating across multiple organization levels

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Self-starter with working knowledge and proven track record of success with problem-solving methodologies and programs
  • Proven change management and influence skills; ability to negotiate and communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to make recommendations to drive significant organizational change
  • Excellent presentation skills, dynamic approach with the ability to translate theory into practical application
