Overview: We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Engineer to spearhead our team in the development of a cutting-edge Enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform. This pivotal role will focus on utilizing advanced technologies such as Microsoft Entra Id and GCP development tools to enhance our security infrastructure and facilitate user access.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of engineers in the design and development of the IAM platform, ensuring alignment with security and access control standards.
  • System Architecture: Collaborate closely with product owners and security teams to define the architecture and design of the IAM system, effectively leveraging Azure Identity Infrastructure.
  • Software Development: Oversee the coding process, conduct code reviews, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable software.
  • Security Focus: Design the IAM platform with robust security measures, implementing strong authentication and authorization protocols in collaboration with the security team.
  • Integration: Ensure seamless integration of the IAM platform with various internal and external systems to provide secure access control.
  • Application Modernization: Work with application teams to facilitate the modernization of traditional applications through cloud migration.
  • Scalability: Architect the IAM platform to accommodate the organization's growth, implementing performance enhancements for optimal operation.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and coding standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams, including IT and application development, to ensure the IAM platform supports organizational objectives.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and develop monitoring systems to address issues related to the IAM platform.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in IAM and Microsoft Entitlement Management to enhance the platform.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 8 years of programming experience with a proven track record in leading software development teams.
  • Expertise in Identity and Access Management and familiarity with Microsoft Entitlement Management technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, GCP, OAuth, and SAML.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, and Java.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools for automated testing and deployment.
  • Strong understanding of security principles related to identity and access management.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Relevant professional certifications in cloud technology or IAM are advantageous.
