Job Title: District Sales Manager

Alpine is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven District Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the Northwest territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans and strategies to meet sales targets and performance objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive accelerated sales growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure timely and successful delivery of Alpine solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • 4-year degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or Construction Management preferred.
  • Strong sales history with experience in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of truss plant operations and industry-related software a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional presentation skills.
  • Proven experience as a highly motivated, results-driven self-starter.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills.
