We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to lead our Mood portfolio in the Pacific Northwest region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a business plan that drives sales growth and market share.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a district business plan that aligns with company goals and objectives
- Lead a team of sales specialists to achieve sales targets and business results
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver on business goals and objectives
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales specialists to enhance their skills and competencies
- Manage and develop a strong understanding of the approved clinical and HCC guidelines associated with our products
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in sales or cross-functional roles within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate others to success
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight and weekend travel
- Must live in the geography or be willing to relocate
- Prior people management experience or completion of a Management Development Program
- Expertise in high-level planning and organizing and business planning
- Experience with Neuroscience and/or Schizophrenia disease states
- Experience in large account management and access & reimbursement experience
- Masters Degree in a related field or an MBA
