Position Overview:
As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our plasma donors. Your responsibilities will include evaluating donor eligibility, managing donor health incidents, and providing essential medical support within our Plasma Donation Centers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess donor eligibility through comprehensive medical history interviews and physical examinations.
2. Manage donor reactions and ensure adherence to established protocols during medical emergencies.
3. Collaborate with the Center Physician and Medical Affairs for guidance on medical issues and donor safety.
4. Oversee the administration of vaccinations and health programs for employees.
5. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies to ensure a safe donation environment.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with completion of a recognized nursing program.
- Current licensure as an EMT-Paramedic in the relevant state.
- Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) usage.
- Experience in a clinical or hospital setting, preferably two years.
