Facilities Maintenance Specialist

NESCO Inc is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our buildings. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring our facilities meet the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain building floors, walls, and windows to a high standard.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and machinery.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables in a responsible manner.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs and unclogging drains.
- Respond to facility-related emergencies and report any issues to management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
