As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in guiding and educating clients about the efficient functioning, advantages, and safety measures associated with Thoroughbred Express wash services.

Primary Responsibilities:

Your focus will be on ensuring an exceptional customer experience.


• Execute daily responsibilities that contribute to the smooth operation of a car wash facility in collaboration with colleagues and site management.


• Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor, provide insights on services, and assist with transaction processes.


• Keep abreast of operational equipment to ensure efficient functioning within an automated environment.


• Guide drivers into the entrance of the wash or assist them onto the designated tracks.


• Conduct routine maintenance on washing equipment to ensure optimal performance.


• Maintain cleanliness of the facility and ensure organization of all areas.


• Support customers with any inquiries related to the car wash experience.


• Perform visual assessments of vehicles to verify their condition prior to entering the wash area.


• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old.

Key Skills:


• Exhibit a courteous demeanor, a strong customer service orientation, and a professional attitude.


• Ability to stand for extended periods (6+ hours).


• Capable of lifting moderate weights (10+ pounds).


• Adaptable to working outdoors in various weather conditions.


• Engage ethically with colleagues and customers.


• Hold a valid and current driver's license.


• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.


Preferred Experience:


• Previous experience in a car wash setting is advantageous.
