Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance personnel to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance-related issues and improve overall plant efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment performance.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of maintenance personnel.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our maintenance operations remain competitive and efficient.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of industrial maintenance experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of improving maintenance efficiency and reducing downtime.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions.
  • Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other software applications.
