Position Overview

Role Responsibilities:

As a Service Associate, your primary focus will be on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing daily tasks that contribute to the efficient functioning of the car wash facility in collaboration with team members and management.
  • Welcoming customers warmly, providing detailed information about our services, and assisting with transactions.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of equipment operation to ensure efficient workflow in our automated facility.
  • Guiding vehicles into the car wash entrance and onto the designated tracks.
  • Conducting routine maintenance on washing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Keeping the facility clean and organized, ensuring all items are in their proper places.
  • Assisting customers throughout the car wash process with any inquiries they may have.
  • Performing visual inspections of vehicles to assess their condition prior to entering the wash area.
  • Carrying out additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Key Skills:

  • Exhibit a courteous demeanor and a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (6+ hours).
  • Capable of lifting moderate weights (10+ pounds).
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Maintain ethical interactions with colleagues and customers.
  • Possess a valid and current driver's license.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in a car wash environment is advantageous.
