As a Culinary Operations Supervisor, you will play a vital role in enhancing the dining experience within a vibrant educational environment. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the culinary operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation, and fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in managing food costs and optimizing budgetary expenditures.
  • Collaborate in the planning and creation of innovative menus that cater to diverse dietary preferences.
  • Oversee the execution of catering events, ensuring exceptional service and culinary excellence.
  • Implement new culinary initiatives in partnership with the marketing and culinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A.S. degree or equivalent culinary experience.
  • Progressive experience in culinary management, with a focus on high-volume operations.
  • Experience in catering and institutional food service is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of food trends, quality standards, and sanitation practices.
  • Proficiency in computer applications related to culinary management.
  • ServSafe certification is preferred.
