Position Overview
This role is situated within our Corporate Headquarters, specifically in the General Engineering Services division. If you seek a structured work schedule that primarily operates Monday through Friday, with morning shifts, this position may be ideal for you.
As a Culinary Operations Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting all aspects of culinary services for Abbott's food service division. You will adhere to health department regulations and company policies while contributing to the success of our corporate dining program. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with senior culinary staff and management.
- Participating in the creation and preparation of diverse menu items.
- Managing inventory levels and ensuring product quality.
- Upholding safety and sanitation standards while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize personal protective equipment and adhere to safety protocols.
- Engage in large-volume cooking and batch preparation.
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development.

Qualifications

- A minimum of four years of relevant culinary experience.
