Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Telecommunications Customer Service Representative to join our team at Local Firm. As a key member of our customer account management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and issues
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong product knowledge and technical skills
