Job Overview

A dynamic property insurance litigation firm is in search of a pre-litigation legal assistant. The following outlines the fundamental and essential responsibilities associated with this role.   • Organizing and coordinating inspections and recorded statements.
  • Managing daily case administration and various tasks as directed by the supervising attorney.
  • Demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as the legal assistant will engage regularly with adjusters, clients, and other external parties.

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Must exhibit flexibility and the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced litigation setting.
  • Ability to execute a range of administrative tasks effectively.
  • Must prioritize effectively, identify urgent matters, and manage time while multitasking efficiently.
  • Capability to collaborate as a team member while independently managing various responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Haitian-Creole is highly desirable.
