Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team at Healthcare Support Permanent Placement. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality mammography exams on patients, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct mammography exams according to established protocols and physician orders, maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to review imaging results and contribute to patient care decisions.
  • Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and protocols to minimize radiation exposure risks for patients and staff.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited program in Radiologic Technology approved by the AMA Council of Education.
  • Minimum of 1 year of pertinent experience in mammography or related field.
  • Active Florida Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license.
  • Registered as a Mammography Technologist (ARRT) and Radiography Technologist (ARRT).
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).

Compensation

$42.38 per hour, depending on experience and tenure.
