Your Responsibilities Include:

• Providing accurate information to prospective students and assessing their eligibility based on our admissions standards.
• Maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor in all interactions with clients, students, and colleagues.
• Conducting interviews with prospective students in accordance with established protocols.
• Staying informed about career opportunities to effectively promote our programs.
• Participating actively in enrollment meetings.
• Engaging in effective communication to schedule appointments and follow up with prospective and enrolled students.
• Promptly reporting enrollment cancellations.
• Adhering to all applicable laws and institutional policies, ensuring ethical practices and non-discrimination.
• Providing transparent information to prospective students without misrepresenting our institution, programs, or services.
• Complying with federal financial aid regulations related to enrollment activities.
• Following all institutional policies and procedures, particularly those related to admissions.
• Accurately preparing, completing, and submitting necessary enrollment documents and records.
• Providing applicants with a complete catalog prior to signing an enrollment agreement.
• Consistently meeting or exceeding the admissions criteria established by the Director of Admissions.
• Respecting the confidentiality of institutional materials.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the Director of Admissions.

Your Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
• Sales experience is essential, preferably in an educational setting.
