Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Process Document Specialist to join our team at Cross Resource Group. This role is responsible for developing, reviewing, and maintaining operations procedures to ensure they are technically accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nuclear power plant systems and components, as well as excellent technical, analytical, and organizational skills.

With a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, this position offers a competitive compensation package and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain station operations procedures
  • Ensure compliance with license basis documents and regulations
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to determine correct operation and testing of systems
  • Provide technical expertise on procedure-related issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in nuclear power plant operations or procedure writing
  • Strong understanding of nuclear power plant systems and components
  • Excellent technical, analytical, and organizational skills
