Job Overview

Senta Partners is seeking a skilled and compassionate PACU Recovery Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to surgical patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the recovery process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and document patient condition, including vital signs, pain control, and fluid intake/output.
  • Monitor patients' recovery progress, reporting any abnormalities to anesthesiologists and/or surgeons as needed.
  • Provide education to patients and family members on post-surgery care.
  • Review charts prior to completion and scanning into practice management software.
  • Participate in quality and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Active RN license in the practicing state.
  • Certification in CPR, ACLS, PALS required.
  • A minimum of one year's experience in PACU.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $95,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
