Business Development Representative

Trescal Inc is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships in the calibration services industry.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase revenue growth and expand our customer base
• Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to advise on changes and trends
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar field
• Strong analytical, organizational, and verbal skills, as well as written persuasion and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
What We Offer
Trescal Inc offers a competitive salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per annum, based on location and experience, plus additional benefits including paid time off, health insurance, and retirement plan.
