The role of a Sales Development Representative at Canonical

As a key member of our sales team, you will collaborate with regional sales and marketing teams to find customer projects that fit our product lines and promote Canonical's expertise across various industries and geographies.

Your Day-to-Day Activities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Execute outbound sales & marketing campaigns to identify new opportunities
  • Travel to events and conferences worldwide to present on booths and drive face-to-face marketing and sales interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results and achieve business objectives
  • Work closely with marketing to develop targeted campaigns
  • Research prospective customers and their needs
  • Develop a multi-million pound pipeline through prospecting and lead generation
  • Identify market trends and opportunities for growth
  • Liaise with new and existing customers to set up meetings and map accounts to identify new opportunities
  • Accurately create, update, maintain, and nurture leads on global opportunities

What We Offer

In addition to a competitive base pay, which ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 depending on location, experience, knowledge, and skills, we offer:
