We are in search of a qualified individual who can utilize their expertise as a finance manager to establish a streamlined and customer-focused experience throughout the sales journey.

This role will involve supporting sales consultants in maximizing vehicle sales while offering clients informed guidance on optimal choices. Your role will serve as the primary liaison for both sales and finance, with the goal of enhancing transparency, efficiency, profitability, and overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage desking, rate quotations, and ensure all documentation meets federal, state, and company standards.
  • Establish and oversee guidelines for customer interactions to guarantee exceptional satisfaction and a smooth purchasing experience.
  • Assist in monitoring performance metrics and managing online leads.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales personnel on both new and certified vehicle programs.
  • Enhance the skill development of the sales team regarding financing, insurance, and vehicle service contracts.
  • Maximize the appointment conversion rate from internet leads through effective training.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient or quick to learn software for DMS, FI menu, CRM, and management tools.
  • Comprehensive understanding of new and certified pre-owned programs, along with familiarity with computer systems and related applications.
  • Experience in Automotive Sales Management (2 years preferred) and Automotive F&I Management (2 years preferred).
  • Solid grasp of compliance regulations.
  • Adept at understanding and utilizing incentive programs for leasing, retail, or cash transactions.
