We are searching for a dedicated individual who can utilize their expertise as a finance manager to establish a streamlined and customer-focused experience throughout the sales journey. This role is pivotal in assisting sales consultants to enhance their performance and offering customers informed guidance on optimal choices.

As the primary liaison for both sales and finance, your mission will be to enhance transparency, operational efficiency, profitability, and overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage desking, provide rate quotes, and ensure all documentation adheres to federal, state, and corporate standards.
  • Develop and implement guidelines to foster exceptional customer satisfaction and a smooth purchasing experience.
  • Oversee and evaluate performance metrics while managing online leads.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales personnel on new and certified vehicle programs.
  • Enhance the skills and value-building capabilities of the sales team through targeted training.
  • Educate the sales staff on the advantages of financing, insurance, and vehicle service contracts.
  • Optimize the appointment conversion rate from internet leads through effective coaching.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in software applications for DMS, FI menu, CRM, and management tools.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of new and certified pre-owned programs, along with familiarity with computer systems and factory incentives.
  • Experience in Automotive Sales Management (2 years preferred) and Automotive F&I Management (2 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations.
  • Ability to effectively utilize incentive programs for leasing, retail, or cash transactions.
