Position Overview:
Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week.
Compensation: Our sales representatives benefit from a comprehensive 12-week paid training program. Post-training, the anticipated annual earnings for this role range from $70,000 to $150,000, depending on sales performance, with additional monthly bonus potential.

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete sales process from initial inspection to contract closure, driving company growth.
- Identify and pursue potential customers through proactive prospecting.
- Engage with prospective clients, articulating how our services can enhance their situation.
- Conduct inspections and coordinate meetings with adjusters, ensuring thorough documentation and communication.
- Close sales and contribute to the company's expansion with each agreement.
- Adapt to various tasks and priorities with minimal supervision, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
Your Profile:
- 1-2 years of sales experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated ownership, confidentiality, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Competitive spirit with high standards of performance.
- Excellent listening, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and commitment to follow-through.
- Proficient with technology and mobile applications.
