Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the order processing for designated customer accounts, ensuring proactive issue resolution and maintaining regular communication with customers via email and phone.
  • Understand and execute all phases of the order fulfillment process while being knowledgeable about different product lines and customer types.
  • Respond to inquiries via email and phone regarding order status, pricing, and other questions, conducting research to provide accurate answers when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Inventory Management, Accounting, Graphics, Shipping, Quality, and Manufacturing personnel.
  • Maintain comprehensive customer records, along with necessary forms, reports, and forecasts as required.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service within a manufacturing setting is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal abilities are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and the capacity to learn additional tools as needed.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Language skills are considered a plus.
