Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the order processing for designated customer accounts, proactively addressing issues and maintaining clear communication with customers through email and phone.
  • Comprehend and execute all phases of the order fulfillment process while gaining familiarity with different product lines and customer types.
  • Respond to inquiries via email and phone regarding order status, pricing, and general questions, conducting research as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Inventory Management, Accounting, Graphics, Shipping, Quality, and Manufacturing personnel.
  • Maintain comprehensive customer records, along with necessary forms, reports, and forecasts as required.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma is mandatory; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Previous successful experience in customer service within a manufacturing setting is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and the capability to learn additional tools as needed.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Multilingual skills are considered a plus.
