Position Overview:

The primary role is to support the enrollment and renewal processes for all members of the clubhouse. This position also plays a vital role in public relations by welcoming and assisting all visitors who enter or contact the club, providing them with essential information regarding the clubhouse and its offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the membership enrollment and renewal processes as directed by the Membership Director. Ensure that all information is accurately recorded in the membership database and that physical member documents are securely stored.

Alert the Membership Director regarding upcoming membership expirations and conduct necessary outreach to facilitate renewals.

Ensure that all members signing in upon entry are properly recorded and that attendance data is accurately maintained in the membership database.

Provide timely and precise information about programs, activities, and events to all inquiries at the membership desk, on the Parent Bulletin Board, and via telephone.

Support the Director during orientation sessions for new members and parents, ensuring they receive the necessary guidelines and handbooks.

Monitor the lobby area to manage traffic and prevent loitering among club members. Assist in supervising and maintaining discipline among members in the lobby and throughout the clubhouse as necessary.

Handle incoming phone calls to the club, transferring them as needed and taking accurate messages when required.

Safeguard and maintain all materials, equipment, and resources related to the program area(s), ensuring a safe and tidy environment.

Engage in individual and group supervision sessions and participate in professional development opportunities as appropriate.

Contribute to evaluating our impact by participating in various assessment efforts throughout the program year, including annual member surveys.

Travel between different sites and activities as required.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Experience in customer service and/or reception, along with proficiency in data management, is essential.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.

Competency in MS Office and web applications is preferred.

Must obtain or maintain CPR/First Aid certification.

Ability to work effectively with youth and families from diverse backgrounds.

Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Flexibility to accommodate clubhouse hours, particularly as seasonal and service needs evolve.

Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Compensation: Based on relevant experience and internal equity.
