Position Overview:

The primary role is to support the onboarding and renewal processes for all members of the clubhouse. This position also plays a vital role in public relations by welcoming and assisting all visitors who enter or contact the club, providing them with essential information regarding the clubhouse and its offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the membership onboarding and renewal processes as directed by the Membership Director. Ensure that all member information is accurately recorded in the membership database. Safeguard individual member documentation in a secure manner.

Alert the Membership Director when memberships are nearing expiration and conduct necessary outreach to facilitate renewals.

Ensure that all members signing in upon entry are accurately recorded, and that attendance data is properly maintained in the membership database.

Provide current and precise information regarding programs, activities, and events to all inquiries at the membership desk, on the Parent Bulletin Board, and via telephone.

Support the Director during orientation sessions for new members and parents, ensuring that they receive the Parent Handbook/Guidelines.

Monitor the lobby area to manage traffic and prevent loitering by club members. Assist in the supervision and discipline of members throughout the clubhouse as necessary.

Handle incoming telephone calls to the club; take and relay accurate messages when required.

Secure, maintain, and organize materials, equipment, and resources related to the program area(s). Ensure a safe and tidy program environment.

Engage in individual and group supervision sessions; participate in professional development opportunities as appropriate.

Contribute to the assessment of our impact, participating in various evaluation efforts throughout the program year, including the annual member survey.

Travel between different sites and activities as required.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director.

Position Requirements:

A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Experience in customer service and/or reception, along with proficiency in data management, is essential.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.

Familiarity with MS Office and web applications is preferred.

Must be or become CPR/FA certified.

Ability to work effectively with youth and families from diverse backgrounds.

Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Flexibility to accommodate clubhouse hours, particularly as service needs evolve.

Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Compensation: Based on relevant experience and internal equity.
