Compensation:Projected earnings range from $85,000 to $125,000 based on commission plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with clients, listing agents, and property sellers to arrange timely showings.
- Attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to ensure a seamless experience.
- Conduct research on potential properties, neighborhoods, schools, and amenities to effectively address client inquiries.
- Refine buyer preferences to identify additional homes for viewing as needed.
- Promptly respond to all client communications to maintain high standards of service.
- Generate leads and engage in real estate sales activities.
- Follow up with buyer leads and set appointments.
- Execute scheduled appointments and master sales scripts.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies, or the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Willingness to spend significant time driving.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Professional presentation and demeanor.
- A valid real estate license is mandatory.
- Commission-based earning potential.
- Previous sales experience is advantageous.
- Must have legal working rights in the USA.
- Reside within a reasonable driving distance from the office.
