Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues, initiating and recording contacts with potential customers, and improving relationships with existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Makes decisions to resolve customer issues and other key aspects of customer relationships
- Initiate and record contacts with potential customers and/or expand services to existing accounts and improving relationships
- Respond expeditiously to customers complaints and problems and initiate change to avoid future customer problems
- Track, record and review frequency and types of service/quality problems/mistakes and lead problem solving discussions with laboratory staff
- Initiate customer solutions whenever possible and take necessary actions to convert negative customer and dental office experience and positive outcomes
- Maintain and update customer data base
- Perform other appropriate job duties as assigned
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Self-directed, with the ability to analyze problems and make decisions
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
