Customer Relations Specialist

At National Dentex Labs, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Initiate and record contacts with potential customers and existing accounts to improve relationships
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints and problems, and initiate changes to prevent future issues
  • Track and record service/quality problems/mistakes, and lead problem-solving discussions with laboratory staff
  • Develop and implement customer solutions to convert negative experiences into positive outcomes
  • Maintain and update customer database
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; some college preferred
  • 1-2 years' customer care experience
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office products
