Customer Experience Representative

At CoreFirst Bank & Trust, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist to join our team.
Job Summary:The Customer Experience Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and non-customers who contact CoreFirst via phone or our website. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Transfer calls to the appropriate team member when necessary.
- Provide solutions to customer problems and concerns.
- Process customer transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Meet sales and performance goals set by management.
- Participate in bank marketing and promotional activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 6 months of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft computer applications.
