Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist

At CoreFirst Bank & Trust, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Customer Experience Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and non-customers who contact CoreFirst via phone or our website. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate team member when necessary.
  • Provide solutions to customer problems and concerns.
  • Process customer transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Meet sales and performance goals set by management.
  • Participate in bank marketing and promotional activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 6 months of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications.
